Gentle Vinyasa
A slower flow style yoga class connecting poses together with breathwork & core awareness. Covering key concepts of yoga anatomy to practice safely & empower & inspire the practitioner. Options to uplevel your practice or take it steady.

Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic flow style class using anatomy smart yoga cues, involving a core activation warm up, empowering breathwork, creative flows building strength, power, resilience & calm. Beware, may become addictive!

Yoga Shred
This 1 hour session is a mindful and super effective fusion of yoga and better aligned fitness moves that can give amazing results in just 1 hour. This class gives you all the balance, centreing & endurance-based strength of yoga, infused with superior cardio, muscle defining, sculpting & whole body transformation that comes with a HIIT (high intensity interval training). Each pose is modified for strong beginners & up - get ready for the most fun you can have doing yoga & get in your cardio fitness too! Come and experience this new phenomenon in this popular class!

Mat work pilates exercises from beginners to advanced level. Suitable for all & exercises can be adapted & modified to meet individual needs. Pilates can make a real difference in the quality of people’s lives & bring about so many benefits such as easing tension, strengthening core muscles & creating greater body awareness to improve posture & working on flexibility & balance.

Yin Yoga
This yoga class is ideal to unwind after a busy day. Yin is the opposite to Yang meaning it is slow & deep with only a small selection of poses in a 1 hour session. Working with the connective tissues (fascia) in the body, it releases long-held tension in a calm & relaxing way in mostly lying/supported style poses. It ends with a gentle meditation to help you drift off home & sleep deeply.

Roll & Release
This class is ideal for athletes or anyone suffering with injury, long-term muscle tension, anxiety, trauma, auto-immune issues or who wishes to unravel long held tension in the body by working with the fascia (connective tissue) in the body. Involves the use of massage balls, breathwork & guided standing fascial manoeuvres. The class you never knew you needed until you try!

Meditation & Yoga Nidra
This practice is suitable for ALL. It is also vital for our mental & physical wellbeing. Check in with yourself in a gentle and easy introduction to meditation followed by a delicious and relaxing Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) where you are deeply resting and contacting your subconscious to restore & renew your body’s vital energy.
